The Best Healthy Desserts


1) “Nice Cream”

Nice cream will have you wondering why you ever bought ice cream in the first place. As easy as 1-2-3 you can enjoy a delicious frosty treat and not fear the scale the next morning.

What you’ll need:

  • Bananas
  • Soy, Almond, or Coconut Milk
  • Peanut or Almond Butter (optional)
  • Coconut Sugar (optional)

What to Do:

  • Freeze the bananas (without the peel!)
  • Once frozen, blend bananas in a high powered blender with a tiny bit of non-dairy milk
  • Blend in Peanut or Almond butter if you want
  • Sprinkle Coconut Sugar on top if you want
  • Enjoy!

The possibilities are endless with Nice Cream, freeze any of your favorite fruit and blend. All the deliciousness and none of the guilt!




2) Frozen Grapes

So simple yet delicious, frozen grapes are a great healthy treat.

What You’ll Need:

  • One bag of grapes, you decide on the color

What to Do:

  • Rinse the grapes and give 15 minutes to dry on a paper towel
  • Place the grapes on a cookie sheet, spread them out as much as possible
  • Freeze the grapes for at least 4 to 5 hours
  • Enjoy!


3) Acai Bowl

The Amazon superfood known for its antioxidant qualities can be an amazing energy boosting dessert.

What You’ll Need:

What to Do:

  • Blend 2 frozen bananas with Acai Berry Powder (or 1 package frozen Acai) Coconut Water or Nut Milk
  • Adjust amount of liquid until desired consistency
  • Top with any kind of fresh fruit, granola, or superfood desired


4) Broiled Mango & Pineapple

Broiling fruit can bring out amazing flavor and sweetness. A squeeze of lime juice can balance out the flavors.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Pineapple, husk removed and sliced
  • Lime wedges

What to Do:

  • Preheat broiler and line a pan with foil
  • Arrange fruit slices in a single layer in the prepared pan
  • Broil in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Squeeze lime over the broiled fruit and serve


You could even grill the fruit on the BBQ for a smokey taste. Top with shredded coconut for an extra tropical flavor.


5) Two Ingredient Cookies2 ingredient cookies

Probably the most simple and healthiest cookies you’ll ever make.

What you’ll need:

  • Bananas (the riper the better)
  • Steel cut oats
  • Optional: dried fruit, nuts, or dark chocolate chips

What to Do:

  • Mash bananas
  • Mix bananas with the oats
  • Add in any additional desired ingredients
  • Form mixture into small balls
  • Place cookies onto lightly greased baking sheet (coconut oil is a healthier choice)
  • Bake cookies for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
