3. Goji Berries
Goji berries are found all around Asia, from China to Mongolia to the Himalayas. Gojis are one of the most nutrient-dense fruits on earth, full of vitamins and trace minerals. Goji berries help improve energy by oxygenating the blood and increasing circulation and focus. They’re delicious on their own or added into trail mix.

4. Coconut
